I had the opportunity to test LeadReady in closed testing before its release, and I have been using it since then.

Before LeadReady, I managed my 1:1 notes with a combination of a paper notebook and Microsoft OneNote. It worked to some extent, but it was not ideal. Notes were split between different places, I sometimes forgot to capture important points, and preparing for the next conversation was harder than it needed to be.

LeadReady fixes this nicely. Everything is in one place, the structure makes sense, and preparing for 1:1s is now much smoother. I can honestly see myself using it long-term.
