Storytelling is vital to business success. Great takeaways from this book, both on at a high conceptual level and at a practical bite-size scale. For example: I no longer start presentations with 'Hi, my name is Lucas..." I lead with a story, set a tone, and can swing back later to introduce and legitimize myself. It's not about me, its about whatever idea or product I'm selling, so why not start there?
