LazyFit is an iPhone app of short standing workouts, three, five or eight minutes long. Hold the phone at your chest, in your hand or overhead and its motion sensors count your reps, while a voice and gentle haptics keep the tempo. No camera, no equipment, nothing on the floor. Nine standing moves, streaks, widgets and Apple Health logging if you want it. The app is free with no account, no ads and no tracking; an optional one-time Pro purchase adds custom workouts and programs. iOS 17 or later.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Jang. I'm hunting LazyFit, I'm not the maker. It is built by Kaifuz Studio, who shared it on Unikorn (https://unikorn.vn/u/kaifuz, product page https://unikorn.vn/p/lazyfit-s5yrxu), the Vietnamese community for new products. I'm hunting it because it removes the usual excuses: no gym, no mat, no camera.
What the maker says it does:
• Workouts of three, five or eight minutes, all standing
• Motion sensors count reps and a voice plus haptics keep the tempo, so you rarely look at the screen
• Nine moves: squat, reverse lunge, torso twist, good morning, jumping jacks, march in place, side bend, overhead press and front raise
• Put the phone down and the session pauses; counting continues with the screen locked
• Live Activity, Dynamic Island, and Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
• Optional Apple Health logging, off unless you turn it on
• The app and the voice coach speak English and Vietnamese, and the App Store lists 14 languages in all
• Free, with no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, per the site
Good to know before you try it: it needs an iPhone on iOS 17 or later, and there is an optional one-time LazyFit Pro purchase (custom workouts, 7, 14 and 30-day programs and a weekly rep challenge, per the App Store listing). The App Store page says it is a fitness aid, not medical advice. The App Store listing had no ratings yet when I read it.
Maker, if you see this: you can claim this page from the product page on Product Hunt (More, then Claim this page; Product Hunt checks an email address on your product's domain), and I'm glad to help however I can. Which move would you add next?
