Hi Product Hunt! I’m the maker of Lavie, an iPhone and iPad app built around one question: “Am I okay until payday?”
The Now screen shows what is free to spend after the spending you record, bills still due and money planned for your goals. The budget follows your payday, rather than just the calendar month. It is a plan based on your records, not a live bank balance.
In the historical USD demo: $5,800 income − $2,389 spent − $389 in bills still due − $1,100 set aside = $1,922 free to spend. Checking a possible $240 purchase leaves $1,682; no money is moved.
The free plan includes one running goal and three purchase checks per payday cycle. Lavie Plus adds widgets, more goals, future-cycle previews and iCloud sync. No bank login is required. Optional AI statement import requires consent and review; AI automatic logging through user-configured Shortcuts requires Plus and separate consent.
The gallery uses historical demo screenshots and AI-generated promotional illustrations. I’d love feedback: is it clear how the main number is calculated, and what would help you plan until your next payday?
