Hi Product Hunt, I built LaunchLens because most Steam tools are good at showing data, but not at helping indie teams make an actual launch decision. The problem I kept coming back to was simple: if you are making a game, how do you know whether this market is worth entering, what games you should compare against, how your pricing fits, and whether your timing and positioning make sense before you launch? A lot of that research exists in fragments, but it is slow to piece together and hard to turn into a clear call. That shaped the product. LaunchLens started as a market research idea, then evolved into a workflow focused on a single game launch. Instead of only showing charts and raw Steam data, I wanted it to help answer practical questions around comps, pricing, timing, saturation, and launch readiness in one place.
