Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built Launchbay after hearing from a friend how much they missed Launchpad on macOS — it just disappeared, and they had no fast way to browse and launch their apps anymore. While building it, I kept thinking: wouldn't it be even better if it could also handle basic file operations, not just launching apps? So I started merging app-launcher functionality with lightweight Finder-like features. I'm also a longtime fan of classic launchers like DragThing — as a small tribute, I added a floating launcher dock in the bottom corner of the screen, so you always have quick access without opening the full window.
