LaterRex is one app for everything you watch, read, play and listen to: movies, tv shows, books, games, music and podcasts, instead of a different app for each. Save what you want to get to, rate and review what you finish, and keep a journal of your history. Send friends a recommendation with a personal note, so the good ones stop disappearing into a group chat. Private by default. No ads, no trackers.
Would love to see a "weekly recap" view that surfaces what you finished or added that week, kind of like Spotify Wrapped but ongoing. It would make the history journal feel way more rewarding to actually look back on instead of just sitting there.
@kranalkuubdpi thanks for the feedback! We’re actually working on a yearly recap (similar to Spotify Wrapped), will see if we can expand that into a weekly/monthly.
The "send a recommendation with a note" idea is really thoughtful. One thing I'd love to see is a shared watchlist or list feature, so a small group of friends can maintain a collective "to watch together" queue. It would make deciding what to put on for a movie night way less painful than scrolling through five different apps.
@mahirzatizdkuj thank you for the feedback! That’s actually on the roadmap and releasing very shortly! You can share lists today, but they’re not collaborative just yet. We’re still tweaking the right invite & permission per user flow, but should be launching soon.
Finally something that replaces the six apps I was juggling. The shared recs with personal notes feel like group chats done right, and the journal view of everything I've finished is oddly satisfying to scroll through.
