What do you think? …

Konstantine Shirshov
Hello, everyone! My name is Kostya, and I'm 28 years old. I've been a smoker for more than 7 years. I've tried numerous times to quit smoking. However, I believe I have exhausted nearly all of the easily available options. These included things like reading Alan Carr and utilizing nicotine patches, trying mobile applications... all the way to "taking nootropics in the form of gamma-amino-beta-phenylbutyric acid hydrochloride." Like no one else, I understand how difficult it is to break the nasty habit of smoking. I recommend that you never start, but if you already have, you should try to break the habit as quickly as possible. I discovered that the more agitated I was, the more I wanted to light up a cigarette. During the Covid-19 pandemic, stress levels began to climb (as I'm sure you'd agree). At one time, I was smoking nearly a pack of cigarettes every day. It took me entirely by surprise!

@n_a_s_t_y_a I think you can even combine the two! Alan Carr just in the beginning of the book does not call for quitting šŸ˜‰

Hey guys, thank you for sharing your stories here. In times of the global COVID-19 pandemic, I started smoking cigarettes. It went so huge, so I ended up smoking 2-3 packs of cigarettes per day. I thought that cigarettes would help me to deal with anxiety and stress during the pandemic. Later I tried to quit smoke by switching on the vapes with Menthol nic salts. It really helped me shorten the number of cigarettes I smoke, and after 1 month, I quit smoking completely.

Hey PH! šŸ‘‹ My name is Alex, and it's time for a "sell story." The bot topic was the thing that really piqued my curiosity. During the epidemic, I actually increased my cigarette use to a pack per day. To begin with, every call or activity was an excuse to light up a cigarette. Then, during the call, a different topic inevitably became an excuse to smoke... And then after an assignment was complete - there really weren't that many reasons not to smoke again. We tried to combat this addiction in Lassie by expressing it in the style of a game and tone of voice. For me, the bot's and time tracker's formats were both familiar and convenient. The functionality was straightforward and did not necessitate the use of instructions. Surprisingly, I was able to quit smoking in just ten days. Call to Action: Hopefully, Lassie will be of assistance to you as well! Enjoy! P.S. It would be great if you could share your cutting-edge strategies for overcoming undesirable behaviors!

Nice product! Is the bot supposed to follow a rhythm or something that was proved to work? Isn't it a bit counterproductive to receive notifications saying "go smoke now, and stop for X hours" or "Fuf, you can smoke right now"? I'm not asking to be annoying I'm genuinely curious because as a non-smoker, I don't know what's the best way to quit smoking
Alex Shapovalov
@rubenwolff Thanks for your question! When you try to quit smoking, you try not to think about cigarettes, and as a result, they are all you thinking about. In addition, you are guided not by time, but by rituals: you close the task, go to the shop, drink coffee. With lassie, you focus only on its commands and stop looking for triggers for another cigarette :)

As someone who has never had a drag of a cigarette is struggle to appreciate the addiction however my stepdad, who quit 20 years ago says that if they made a genuinely healthy version he would take it back up in a heart beat so I appreciate its incredibly powerful. All my family who have smoked say that stopping was the hardest thing they had to do in their life. Anything that can help is awesome, well done!
