would love to see built-in support for exporting selected columns only, so users can pick exactly which fields to include instead of grabbing everything. that kind of flexibility would make this really shine for custom reports

You'll be happy to know this is already supported. 🎉 You can pass a columns array with your export request to choose exactly which fields to include, making it easy to build custom reports without creating separate export definitions. I appreciate the suggestion—it confirms we're solving a real need!
