Kuror is a pre-portal security gate for Shopify return fraud. It sits in front of Loop, ReturnGO, and other return apps, scoring every request against a hashed cross-merchant blacklist before a label is generated. Wardrobers, bracketers, serial returners, and chargeback double-dippers get routed to store-credit-only. Real customers never feel a thing. Free install. Auto-syncs 24 months of order history and exposes every fraud abuser bleeding your margins right now.

Hey Product Hunt š
I built Kuror because I got tired of watching my own apparel margins get eaten alive by the same 3% of customers ā the ones buying 3 sizes to return 2, wearing dresses to weddings and sending them back Monday, or filing chargebacks after they'd already gotten a refund.
Every existing return app (Loop, ReturnGO, AfterShip etc) is built to process returns, not police them. They're logistics tools that sit downstream of the label.
So I built the bouncer.
The "scalpel not blunt force" philosophy was non-negotiable. Banning customers outright destroys LTV and lights up your support inbox. Kuror nudges instead, high-risk accounts get routed to store-credit-only, everyone else moves through untouched. Your CS team gets to say "the system flagged this" instead of arguing with a wardrober at 11pm on a Sunday.
The shared blacklist was the other unlock. One merchant blocking a serial returner accomplishes nothing ā they just hit your competitor next. A network of merchants flagging the same hashed identity changes the economics of return fraud entirely.
Free install, 24 months of historical sync on day one, and a live Money Saved counter that shows ROI before you've touched a single config setting.
Would love your feedback ā especially from anyone running apparel, footwear, or high-AOV ecom. What's your worst return fraud story?
