Is kubiq aimed more at small teams running a few clusters, or can it handle multi cluster setups too?

Yes, it handles multi-cluster natively.

The UI has a built-in context switcher so you can instantly toggle between your dev/staging/prod clusters from a single dashboard. For logs and metrics, our agent runs on all your clusters and routes the data back to one centralized backend (like ClickHouse) for a global view!
