Krowd

Hey PH, Jake/Jacob from Krowd here. Krowd is a new iPhone app designed to help reduce the amount of time people spend figuring out what to do with their night out. Living in San Francisco is great, but there's just so many people all doing nearly the same thing. I got tired of going to the grocery store and waiting in line longer than it took me to shop and hated waiting in line at a bar only to leave a few minutes after I got in because it was either too busy or not busy enough (depending on the mood for the night). At a glance, you can: find out where people in your city are, or are not see updates from other users about a city's* hotspots and what the vibe is like inside Krowd was created in memoriam of the hours time I've wasted waiting in line just to get a drink at a place I didn't want to be at. *Currently only live in San Francisco, CA and Salt Lake City, UT
