I used to see the same thing everywhere I looked in e-commerce communities. Founders answering support at midnight. Copy-pasting tracking links one by one. Asking in groups "how do you all manage this?" and getting back "hire someone" or "use a chatbot." The chatbots were useless. They'd say "how can I help?" and show four buttons. Customer clicks "order status." Chatbot says "please check your email." Customer already checked their email. That's why they're here.
