We built Kriqy around a simple workplace problem: employee feedback gets collected, discussed, and then too often disappears. The survey itself isn't the outcome. What matters is what happens next. Kriqy connects that journey through Listen → Act → Prove → Publish → Measure — helping teams turn employee feedback into accountable action, show people what changed, and measure whether those actions actually worked. That's where “Kill the Black Hole” came from. We want to close the gap between asking employees what they think and showing them what happened because they spoke up. We're still learning and improving, and I'd genuinely value feedback from the Product Hunt community on the problem and our approach
