The step-by-step login walkthrough actually saved me a call to IT, which I appreciated more than I expected. Also nice that the shift swap tips are specific to KP rather than generic scheduling advice.

Really handy walkthrough for the KP login flow, especially the troubleshooting tips for common errors. Wish I'd had the shift swap section when I was scrambling to find a coworker to cover last weekend.

A mobile app version would be huge - I know plenty of KP employees who just want to check their schedule quickly on their phone rather than digging through a browser. Maybe also add push notifications for last minute shift swaps so we don't miss out when someone drops a shift. Would love to see that kind of thing built in.
