Every crypto gateway receives your money first, then makes you request a withdrawal their minimum, their schedule, their review. Kovarra removes that step entirely. You paste your wallet's extended public key; each payment derives a fresh address and settles on-chain straight to you. There's no balance page, because there's no balance to hold. WooCommerce plugin, REST API, signed webhooks, hosted checkout. Free to start with $50 credit ā or buy the source for $3,500 and self-host with zero fees.

Hey Product Hunt š
Kovarra started with a simple observation: every crypto payment gateway is custodial. Your customer pays, the money lands in the provider's wallet, and then you ask for it back. That withdrawal step is where merchants get held, reviewed, and occasionally frozen ā and it's completely unnecessary.
How we removed it: you paste your wallet's extended public key (xpub). Every payment derives a fresh address from it, and funds settle on-chain directly to you. That key can only receive ā it cannot spend, not by us, not by anyone who breaches us. Our dashboard has no balance page because there is no balance for us to hold.
Live today:
⢠USDT (Tron) + USDC (Base)
⢠WooCommerce plugin, REST API, signed webhooks with retries
⢠Hosted checkout + live merchant dashboard
⢠Instant signup, $50 free credit
⢠Or own it: $3,500 for the full source, self-hosted, zero fees forever
On trust ā we're asking you to route money through us, so: the entire payment engine and its 82 tests are published before you pay anything. Every build runs an automated check that fails if key-handling or signing code ever appears. We can't quietly become custodial without breaking in public.
Honest gaps: two chains today (BSC, Polygon, Solana next), and we're early ā actively looking for the first merchants who'll tell us what breaks.
We'd really value feedback on the architecture, especially from anyone who's shipped a payment integration. Ask me anything š

Plugged the xpub into a test Woo checkout and was honestly surprised the address changed on every order without me touching anything. No waiting on a payout queue is kind of a game changer for small stores.

Honestly the no-balance approach is kind of clever, never have to trust a third party to hold funds. Plugged the WooCommerce plugin into a test store and a fresh address just showed up for every order, which felt way cleaner than chasing payouts.
Really exciting to see Kovarra launch! Crypto payments that settle to your wallet, not ours feels like a thoughtful approach. Congratulations, and best of luck today! š
