I'm a solo founder in Turkey, currently on my third product. The hardest part has never been the coding it's being my own marketer, lawyer, and CFO all at once, usually badly.
Lately I've been experimenting with a different setup: multiple specialized AI assistants (one per domain) that share context about my venture, instead of re-explaining my whole business to a general chatbot every single time. It's changed how I work enough that I'm now building it as a product.
But I'm curious how others actually handle this day to day:
Do you use one general AI for everything?
Separate tools per domain (one for legal, one for marketing...)?
Freelancers/fractional help?
Or just wing it and hope nothing breaks?
