Korgi connects your scattered productivity stack in a single project management app. AI generates your project board with content, steps, and links in less than a minute. You take action while Korgi creates, shares, and launches assets in a click, using your own apps and drives (Google, Microsoft, Zoom, and more) – with integrated chat and AI. Deliver finished boards as formatted files instantly. No more planning paralysis and hunting through files and tabs. Where is it? It's ON THE BOARD.

Google SheetsFree Online Spreadsheets for Personal Use
4.9 (29 reviews)
As we built Korgi, Google Workspace was our first integration—an essential foundation for our early community of entrepreneurs, educators, and entertainment professionals. At the heart of this was Google Sheets - your Korgi board content is stored to a Sheet in your own Google Drive. The Sheets API and overall Workspace APIs and clear documentation powered our core feature set, letting us integrate their full suite of apps into every board and deliver on our promise to store content directly to users’ own Google Drives. Gemini is embedded in every board, powering our AI features and help chat. Firebase provides secure authentication and syncs seamlessly with our Chrome Extension and Add-on, and the Google Workspace Marketplace remains one of our top sources of new users. Cloud Run supports our scalable backend and makes it easy to adjust capacity as our user base grows. Google also offered flexible paths for security review, and we successfully completed CASA Tier 3 with support from a trusted partner they connected us to. We're proud Google Cloud Partners and a very appreciative Google Cloud company.

ZoomVideo communication made simple and easy

Zoom is core to how we run Korgi. From team meetings to sales demos to customer success sessions, it’s a platform we rely on every day. That made it a natural step to integrate Zoom directly into our all-in-one productivity and collaboration boards—so users (and our own team) can launch and join meetings with one click, right where their work is happening. We completed Zoom’s security review to ensure the integration meets enterprise standards and delivers the trusted experience our users expect.

Microsoft 365 Co-pilotYour copilot for work
4.7 (3 reviews)
As a multi-account productivity platform, Korgi made Microsoft 365 our second major integration. As business teams began adopting Korgi, they wanted full compatibility with Microsoft's foundational productivity tools that they or their clients already rely on. For many of our users who “co-exist” running both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (including us!), this wasn’t optional – it was essential. Thanks to Microsoft's excellent API documentation and workflow, we were able to quickly embed M365 apps and drive storage into every board. Microsoft’s account-based authentication model then allowed our users to connect different Microsoft accounts at the board level – based on projects, clients, or team structure. We also completed Microsoft’s publisher verification process, which was straightforward and essential for users at large businesses and enterprise. As proud Microsoft AI Cloud Partners, we attend their many trainings and are excited to bring more Copilot-powered features into the experience and also offer board content storage on a Microsoft-backed infrastructure.
