The visual flow builder is genuinely useful, way easier than I expected for setting up replies across Facebook and Instagram. Honestly the in-chat translation feature kind of surprised me with how smooth it feels.

Love how the visual flow builder turns complex chat automations into something you can actually understand at a glance. Way cleaner than staring at branching JSON like most tools make you do.

The visual flow builder is a really smart move, honestly a lot of these chat tools just hand you a blank canvas and wish you luck. Pairing that with the in-chat payments and translation feels like it was built by people who actually ran a store before.

We wanted something that business owners and support teams could actually use without dealing with complex JSON or code. Glad you also noticed the in-chat payments and translation features. A WhatsApp integration would round this out nicely since so many shoppers there, especially in regions where Instagram isn't as dominant. Also curious if the translation feature handles regional dialects or just literal translations, that could be a real edge if it works well for things like Brazilian Portuguese vs Portugal Portuguese.

It's already on our roadmap, alongside Facebook and Instagram. And great point about regional language variations we're continuously improving our translation engine to better handle dialects like Brazilian vs. European Portuguese.
