Have you considered adding a maintenance request tracking board where residents can see the status of their submitted issues, like "in progress" or "scheduled"? That kind of visibility would cut down on a lot of repeat follow-up messages to the admin team.
@selahattinyd4y that feature is already implemented.Every residents can track the reports they have made and can see also the status of each report with the response from the administrator that include also photo proff.
Honestly the QR-based resident registration is kind of genius, way better than juggling paper lists. Poll feature also felt smoother than expected for getting quick feedback from neighbors.
