KoinX's customer service is unmatched! I've been struggling with a tracking issue for the past 3-months, and KoinX's representative was able to solve it in 2-3 business days. They are also highly responsive. Because of their customer service and support for multiple wallet types, I am officially switching to KoinX as my go-to app to track my portfolio holdings!
The calculation is accurate and the tax report is compliant with all the rules and regulations
The product is fantastic, easy to use and solves for a key problem that exists in the Indian ecosystem for accounting crypto taxes. I joined the waitlist with KoinX in early 2022, highly recommend it
