An AI knowledge hub for growing SMEs. Connect your Google Drive and docs, invite your team, and get instant cited answers to every internal question — across ops, sales, finance and support.
Hey everyone! 👋 Thanks for checking out our launch!
We built KnowledgeHub because we kept seeing growing teams especially around the 20-person mark hit the exact same wall: answers buried across hundreds of Google Drive folders, senior staff spending 40% of their week repeating themselves, and three different people giving three different answers to the same client question.
We wanted to solve this without asking teams to migrate to yet another static wiki or manually manage thousands of Notion pages.
When we first started, our focus was simply on building a search interface over internal docs. But as we tested it with early users, our approach evolved:
Source Transparency: Simple answers weren't enough teams needed every response directly cited back to the exact source document to build trust.
Auto Maintenance: Realizing that docs quickly go stale, we added auto-flagging for unreviewed documents (90+ days) and a Knowledge Gaps dashboard to highlight what teams are actively searching for that isn't documented yet.
Turnkey Setup: Instead of leaving setup to busy founders, we shifted to a fully managed implementation mapping department permissions and syncing Drive folders directly for them.
Would love to hear how your team currently manages internal knowledge, and we'd be thrilled to answer any questions! What features would be most helpful for your stack?
