A virtual site visit tool would be really helpful here, maybe short walkthrough videos or 360 degree views of the actual apartments and the surrounding neighborhood. Most buyers like me can't travel to Tellapur multiple times, so being able to see the real layout, sunlight direction, and even the view from the balcony before scheduling a visit would make the decision so much easier. Could be a nice differentiator too since I haven't seen many other Hyderabad property sites offering this.
The Tellapur listings were easy to skim and the price guide feels honest, which is rare for Hyderabad real estate sites. Wish the legal checklist went a bit deeper on RERA complaints, but overall a solid starting point.
