Dropped a training URL on my small blog and the answers came back surprisingly accurate in seconds, even in a couple of languages I tested. The escalation cue for frustrated users feels really thoughtful for a solo setup.
The escalation flow to a human instead of guessing is a really thoughtful touch, since most AI widgets just keep hallucinating when they're unsure.
@emircanz4ud Exactly. That was the whole point. I hate chatbots that keep guessing when they're clearly clueless. If it doesn't know, it should just say so and get a human. Thanks for noticing. 🙌
