Kleingartenverein24 is a modern SaaS for allotment garden associations. It helps boards and members manage plots, members, documents, communication and workflows in one place. Built together with the Dresden Garden Friends Association, it is designed around real club processes — not top-down software built over the heads of the people who use it.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m launching Kleingartenverein24 today — a modern association management software for allotment garden clubs, garden associations and community-based organizations.
In Germany, thousands of Kleingartenvereine still manage members, plots, documents, communication and board workflows with paper folders, spreadsheets, email chains or outdated software. That makes everyday work harder for volunteer boards and creates unnecessary friction for members.
Kleingartenverein24 is built to change that.
The goal is simple: give allotment garden associations a modern, practical and future-oriented SaaS platform that fits their real workflows. Boards can manage members, garden plots, documents and communication in one central system, while associations get clearer processes and better digital structures.
What makes this project special is that it is not being developed in isolation. I’m working together with the Stadtverband Dresdner Gartenfreunde e.V. to build a product that is shaped by real associations, real members and real board work — not software designed over their heads.
Kleingartenverein24 is also positioned as a modern alternative to existing garden association software such as Gartenbund, with a stronger focus on usability, collaboration, digital processes and long-term development.
I’d love to hear feedback from founders, SaaS builders, association managers, community organizers and anyone working on digital tools for local organizations.
Thanks for checking it out 💚
