Plug in a MIDI keyboard and play 4,296 classical charts as falling notes, graded PERFECT to MISS. Practice mode waits for the right note, 0.25x to 4x, either hand alone, sheet music at a switch. Runs in Chrome, Edge or Firefox. 48 charts free, no card.

Hi everyone, I'm Frederic and I built Klaviero.
It's a rhythm game on a real MIDI keyboard, with classical pieces instead of pop songs, and a practice mode that stops the clock until you hit the right note. So the same chart works for learning a piece and for playing it for score.
What's in it:
- 4,296 classical charts, 1,098 of them piano works, each with its measured difficulty: notes, length, peak notes per second, tier 1 to 5
- PERFECT within 75 ms of the line, GREAT within 150, GOOD within 250
- Left hand, right hand or both, from 0.25x to 4x
- A sheet music view on any chart, one switch away from the falling notes
- Your own MIDI files, free. MP3s turned into a playable arrangement in the browser on the paid plan
- The Klaviero Method, a graded course that reports reading, rhythm, hands, ear and theory separately
Where it loses: no iPad and no Safari, because neither supports Web MIDI. No video lessons. It needs a MIDI keyboard for scoring.
Free: 48 charts and Method Book 1. Paid: €5.99 a month, €49 a year, or €119 once for a Lifetime Founder seat.
I'd love to hear how the grading feels on your keyboard, especially on the hard pieces.
