Do you model country specific tax rules for Klaru?

@naimz Not yet, the prototype uses generalized EU assumptions so people can explore the logic without country-specific noise.

But country-specific rules (Baltics first, then DE/NL/Nordics) are Phase 1 once I move past prototype.
