Kisby: Live chat support for software developers.

During my early stages of being a developer, I constantly had to reach out to experts when I had very specific issues with my code. I tried asking on community forums like Stack Overflow, but answers from there did not help me and most of the time I was told that my questions were not asked correctly. I wanted to speak to a real person, right in that moment, so that I could remove my blocker and continue with building my application. Every time I reached out to the experts I know, I was able to solve my blocker very quickly and I was able to move on with the development of my app. This gave me the idea of having on demand, live chat support for developers. This is how Kisby started. Then I thought, many developers use Slack during the day, why not get them on-board as agents to help out when they have time, and earn money while doing so? That's why Kisby for agents comes in the form of a Slack app to make it easy to agents to provide support and not having to jump between applications.
