KingQueen is a privacy-first social game where one coin toss decides everything. Add two players, flip the coin, and the winner gives a challenge. Simple, fast, and surprisingly fun. It’s designed for couples, friends, and game nights - no login, no accounts, no friction. Everything runs on-device, including your photos. Play it anywhere, anytime and let the coin decide.
Hey 👋
I’m a solo developer and built KingQueen as a simple idea:
What if a coin toss could turn into a fun social game?
Instead of building something complex, I focused on making it:
• instant to start
• fun with other people
• usable anywhere (no login, no wifi)
A lot of the direction actually came from early feedback people didn’t want more features, they wanted more “fun moments”.
So I leaned into:
– personalization (your photos on the coin)
– lightweight challenges
– keeping everything frictionless
One interesting thing I learned while building:
Users don’t describe features they describe feelings.
“fun”, “chaotic”, “easy”, “works anywhere”
That shaped the product more than anything else.
Would love your honest feedback:
👉 What would make you play this with friends or a partner?
Thanks for checking it out 🙌
