Kinetiq Engine is a browser-based 3D animation studio that does the boring stuff for you: auto-rigging, retargeting, IK, foot lock, jiggle bones. Drop a Mixamo or VRM file, retarget to UE5/Unity/SL/Roblox, export to BVH/FBX/GLB. All client-side. No uploads.

🎉 Update — Kinetiq Engine v1.1 "Refine & Precision" just shipped (June 11)
One month after launch, the refine toolkit is complete. Everything below is live in production:
🦶 Foot Locking — rebuilt end-to-end. Detection paints every planted frame, the fix now bends the leg naturally (no more feet buried under the floor), and live emerald rings + a per-foot cm readout show exactly how much slide is being killed while you tune. Then Bake to Timeline turns the fix into ordinary editable keyframes that survive export to any platform — SL, Unreal, Blender.
🌊 Smooth — one slider melts mocap jitter and softens arcs while keeping the performance. Stackable, Region-aware, fully undo-able.
🛤️ Trajectory View — your bone's motion path drawn right in the viewport, color-coded by smoothness. It updates live while you drag the Smooth slider — you literally watch the path turn green.
✨ Jiggle Bones graduated from BETA — tune hair/cape/skirt physics live, then bake the simulation into editable keyframes.
📊 Quality Score with real numbers — all motion metrics now measured in world space.
🛠️ Plus: the rotate gizmo is trustworthy again (oldest bug in the codebase, ~1 year old), Mirror now works on every rig including Second Life Bento, true orthographic views, one-click Foot Align, and FBX export — binary 7.4, 100% client-side, with per-DCC presets so Blender/Maya/Unity/Unreal files open correctly oriented on the first try.
Honesty note: we built and A/B-tested a "Heavy" AI model toggle for video mocap. It measured identical to the standard model — so we dropped it. We don't ship a "Best" button that doesn't deliver.
