KiftMe turns word-of-mouth into prepaid recommendations. Instead of simply telling someone about a book, meal, film or experience you loved, you can prepay part or all of that exact experience for them. They receive a personal recommendation with a real nudge to act, not a generic gift card. If they don’t use it, the money is refunded. For businesses, KiftMe converts happy customers’ recommendations into measurable new customers.
Hi guys👋
I’m Afdal, the solo founder of KiftMe.
I built KiftMe after noticing a simple problem: we often recommend books, restaurants, films, and other experiences we genuinely love, but many of those recommendations go nowhere. People forget, already have too much on their minds, or hesitate to spend money on something they didn’t choose themselves.
KiftMe turns word-of-mouth into a prepaid recommendation.
You choose the exact experience you want to recommend, prepay part or all of it, and send it to someone you know. They remain free to accept or decline it, and if the Kift isn’t claimed within 30 days, the prepaid amount is automatically refunded.
Unlike a traditional gift card, a Kift is tied to one specific experience you personally recommend.
For businesses, it provides a new way to turn recommendations from satisfied customers into measurable new customers.
KiftMe is still at an early stage, so I’d genuinely appreciate your feedback:
• Is the concept immediately clear to you?
• What would you use KiftMe to recommend first?
• What would make you hesitate to use it?
Thanks for taking the time to discover KiftMe 💙
