Kidoova is the product of bedtime conversations with my kids where we'd reflect on their day, talk about the challenges and wins they're experiencing, what felt good and why. They're 5 and 7 so every day is a new adventure and there is so much to learn. One of the realizations was that parents often try to solve their kid's problems for them, versus coaching them to work through situations and solutions themselves. As I started to learn about how to be a better coach, I realized that parents need coaching too. Enter Kidoova: an app to help parents coach their kids on a daily basis with prompts and guides that are designed to help kids sort out their challenges themselves, in the comfort of their parents. My kids love the workouts, and as a bonus it gives us quality time to disconnect and talk about their day.
