I built KICKNOIR as a self-taught developer from Sri Lanka to prove a full production-grade e-commerce app is achievable solo. It handles real payments via Stripe, supports 21 currencies, and is fully deployed — not just a demo. The biggest challenge was ironing out production issues like Stripe webhook failures and cold starts on the free tier.
