Khushi Delivery: Khushi delivery for local businesses grow with 0% commission

Hi everyone!

I’m working on KHUSHI DELIVERY, a delivery and local shopping platform built to help customers discover local businesses and help vendors take their businesses online.

One of our key ideas is a 0% commission model for eligible vendors who use their own delivery riders. Instead of paying a percentage of every order as commission, vendors can use our platform under our applicable pricing plans.

Our current proposed pricing includes:

PKR 313/month for vendors in Pakistan
USD 7/month for international vendors
PKR 27 per-invoice platform fee, where applicable

Our goal is to make digital commerce more accessible to small businesses, restaurants, grocery stores and other local retailers.

The Android app is available on Google Play.

We’re working on growing the platform and would genuinely appreciate feedback from business owners and people experienced in local delivery marketplaces.

For business owners: Would a 0% commission model with your own delivery riders make it easier for you to sell online? What features would you expect from a platform like this?
