Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I built KeyInOut after seeing how many businesses still manage physical keys using spreadsheets, handwritten lists, and paper receipts. The problem seems simple until a key is missing: Who has it? When was it handed out? Did they sign for it? Has it been returned? I wanted to build something that solves this without requiring expensive key cabinets or special hardware. With KeyInOut, businesses can label their existing keys with QR codes, manage handovers from a phone or tablet, collect signatures when needed, generate PDF receipts, and keep a complete history. KeyInOut is still evolving, and I'm especially interested in feedback from people who manage keys in their day-to-day work. I'd love to hear what you think!
