Hey everyone 👋 I built this out of pure frustration. I tried basically every voice/dictation tool out there — and none of them actually fit into my workflow. There was always something: subscriptions, API limits, latency, floating UI getting in the way, apps cluttering the dock… or worse, sending everything I said to a third-party server. So I decided to build the tool I actually wanted to use. This runs fully local — no API calls, no internet required, no data leaving your machine. You just press a key, speak, and it works instantly in any app. No accounts, no setup, no distractions. It stays out of your way and only shows up when you need it.
