I build keto and carnivore tools for a living. Every free macro calculator I tested would hand a protein target to someone on dialysis without blinking. Software cannot make that call, so this one does not try. KetoDial asks one plain question first: kidney disease, reduced kidney function, or dialysis. If a safe answer would need clinical judgement, it suppresses the recommendation and routes you to a clinician instead of quietly computing a gentler number.
