We surveyed New Yorkers to understand their relationship with wearable technology and above all, customers want functional products that improve their lives. We learned that consumers want to buy a jacket from their favorite designer and have it keep them warm in the winter. With this in mind, we designed a system for creating a heated jacket that any fashion design company can use to create heated jackets under their label.
