Hey Product Hunt! I'm Michael, co-founder of Kelpic. My co-founder Elias and I started building Kelpic in 2024 after seeing how painfully slow and overpriced property management software is. We're talking 6+ second load times for basic operations on some of the biggest platforms out there. We built Kelpic from scratch on Go, React, and PostgreSQL to be fast — sub-second response times across the board. We also added property inventory management, which somehow barely exists in this industry despite being a daily headache for property managers.
