Keldan reads your whole matter: it surfaces deadlines, stress-tests your strategy, reviews contracts, and researches the law, with every finding tied to a source. Founding Pilot now open.

I’m Saad, the founder.
I built this for solo and small-firm litigators. They’re often the only person reviewing their own work, with no associate or second reviewer to catch what slips through.
What I kept hearing from attorneys was simple. General AI tools are fast, but you can’t trust what they hand back, and they don’t work from your case file. So I built a workspace that works inside the matter:
Deadlines: pulls candidate deadlines out of your documents and flags how confident it is in each one. You confirm or reject every one, and it keeps an audit trail of your decisions.
Contradictions: compares documents across the matter and flags where they conflict.
Research: finds authority from CourtListener, GovInfo and eCFR, with every source traceable, and keeps your client documents separate from outside law.
Strategy: suggests 2–3 ranked strategies from the record, plus a mode that argues against the one you pick.
It doesn’t replace your judgment or your docketing system. Every output is a starting point you check.
We’re running a free pilot right now. You can explore a sample matter without uploading anything of your own.
What would help most:
Litigators: would you trust the deadline and contradiction flags enough to use them on a live matter? If not, what’s missing?
What’s the one task that eats your week that this doesn’t touch yet?
Honest and critical feedback is the most useful kind. I’m here all day to answer questions.
