Hi Product Hunt!
We built KEID after 17 years running an agency and hitting the same problem over and over:
client work breaks not because people are bad, but because decisions live in calls, approvals get lost in chats, and no one knows what actually counts.
So we stopped treating conversations as decisions.
KEID is a shared client relationship OS where scope, approvals, and responsibilities are written and visible to both sides. Clients know exactly what to do next. Projects move without chasing.
We’d love your honest feedback:
Where do client projects usually break down for you - approvals, scope, payments, or something else?

Been testing keidfor a bit and what surprised me most isn’t the feature list, it’s the mental relief. As a consultant, I have worked across email, drive, notion, slack, whatsappand so on. That was too much unpaid work. What was approved? Your product feels like it’s built around how client work actually happens, not just task tracking. Clients see exactly what they need to review, approve, or comment on, and I don’t have to chase or re-explain things.
I see that you keep adding things (and i like that we can vote on new features), but what do your other user's appreciate teh most?

@erik_johansson3 The most appreciated is that everything is in one place, and Keid replaces several other tools for them. The other big thing is that it is the only platform that is built to also invite the clients to and give them a professional impression of the projects. It's not just another internal task manager. Keid is built to optimize the client experience.
