KeepFlame 2.0 turns daily habits into a card collection. Complete all of today's habits to earn Ember, spend it to draw a card you don't own yet, and fill the 22-card Nocturne Arcana set: no rarity tiers, no duplicates, nothing to buy. Habits and to-dos live together, with stats, heatmaps, reminders, Live Activities and 22 languages. Everything is free and works offline, with no account, ads or analytics. Your data stays on your iPhone.

Hi everyone! I spent some time looking at existing habit apps. Many of them are heavily connected: they send data to servers, analyse your behaviour, and try to motivate you through rankings, analytics dashboards, or social features. That can be useful for some people, but it is not for everyone. For people who are more privacy-sensitive, or who simply do not want their daily habits tied to an account, I wanted to build something different: a habit tracker that stays offline, keeps data on-device, and uses animation instead of streak counts to keep you motivated. KeepFlame is my attempt at that — a small app where your habits stay local, but your progress still feels visible and rewarding.

KeepFlame 2.0 is out 🔥

A quick update for anyone who saw the original launch: the animated themes are gone. Watching a scene felt nice once, but nothing added up over time.

2.0 replaces them with a card collection. Complete all of today's habits to earn Ember, spend 10 Ember to draw a card you don't own yet, and slowly fill the 22-card Nocturne Arcana set. No rarity tiers, no duplicates, and nothing to buy.

The whole UI was redesigned around the cards. Habits and to-dos now live on one screen, and there are stats, heatmaps, Live Activities and 22 languages.

It is still offline, with no account, ads or analytics, and everything is free now. The old Pro purchase has been retired.

Heads-up for 1.1 users: 2.0 starts with fresh data, so old habits and history are not imported.
