Karama is a babysitting app that connects families with compatible families and caregivers. We automate and personalize the hiring process by sending you recommendation based on personal and professional requirments!
One thing that would help a lot is a built-in scheduling tool with calendar sync, so parents and sitters can see open slots without endless back-and-forth texts. Even a simple shared view of who is available when would save so much time on busy weeks.

The matching feels really thoughtful, my recommendations actually lined up with what I needed instead of random profiles. Setup was quick too, which is rare for a hiring style app.

Really like how it matches families with caregivers based on actual needs instead of just location. One thing that would help me decide faster is a short video intro from caregivers right in their profile, so I can get a feel for their vibe with my kids before scheduling a meetup. Could be optional for those who want it.

Have you thought about adding real-time availability calendars so parents can instantly see which sitters are open tonight or this weekend? That would save a lot of back-and-forth messaging and make booking way smoother when plans change last minute.

One thing that would help me decide faster is seeing video introductions or short clips from the caregivers and host families, not just profiles. It's hard to gauge vibe from a photo and a few bullet points, and a quick 30 second intro would make the matching feel way more human.
