Most Kanji apps teach characters as isolated symbols. You memorize them for a day and forget. Kanji-Quest is different — you learn to write Kanji inside real sentences. I built this app while studying Japanese in Tokyo. Every day I commuted 45 minutes to language school watching classmates with Chinese backgrounds breeze through Kanji while the rest of us struggled. The school's method? Copy characters in a notebook. No meaning, no context. In 2026, we can do better.
