You tell it your name, your job, your context, and tomorrow it has no idea who you are. That's not a companion. That's a search engine with a personality. Kami is different. It uses a 7-layer cognitive memory architecture (inspired by ACT-R human memory research) to remember everything, not just facts, but emotional context, causal relationships, and patterns in how you think. It tracks your emotional state across sessions and adapts its tone accordingly. The hard part: it does all of this *100% on your device* using WebGPU.
