Most planners turn into a second job. KaizenPad keeps your day on one calm page: write one focus, start a 25-minute timer, tick off a few tasks, and every day is saved to your Journey. Insights shows when you focus best. Switch on Study, Trips or a Pin planner for ESP32 and Arduino when you need them. Free for Windows 10 and 11. No account, and your data stays on your PC unless you sync Trips and Study to your NovaFin account.

I made KaizenPad because I kept setting up planners and then not using them. They wanted boards, tags and a weekly setup before I'd done any actual work.
KaizenPad is one page! In the morning you write the one thing that matters today, add a few tasks, and start a 25-minute timer when you sit down to work. At night you write a line about how it went. Those days add up in Journey, and Insights shows your focus hours and when in the day you get the most done.
The rest is off until you switch it on:
- Study: timetable, deadlines, exams and flashcards
- Trips: a day-by-day plan with bookings, a checklist and a budget
- Pin planner: lay out the pins on an ESP32, Uno, Pico or STM32 board and copy the code
It's free and runs on Windows 10 and 11. There's no account, and everything is saved in one folder on your PC. If you want your trips and study plans on your phone, you can connect it to NovaHub with a one-time code in Settings. Only Trips and Study sync, and only if you turn it on.
It's part of NovaHub, a few tools I'm building in Malaysia. A trip planned in KaizenPad can also become a savings goal in NovaFin, our money app.
A Mac version is on the way. If something is missing or annoying, tell me here and I'll fix it.
