Hey Product Hunt, I’m Abdellahi, the maker of Kairos.
I built Kairos because my task manager and calendar never felt like one plan. One showed what I had to do. The other showed my meetings. I still had to reconstruct the day in my head.
Kairos keeps the full planning loop in one place:
• Capture loose work in Inbox
• Shape the week without losing context
• Drag tasks onto the daily Timeline
• Start Focus when it is time to work
Each task carries its notes, subtasks, estimate, files, and tracked time through every view.
The biggest product choice is local-first. Kairos requires no account, core planning works offline, and your workspace lives in SQLite on your Mac. The code is open source.
This is an early Apple Silicon beta. Google Calendar sync, Jira imports, recurring planning rituals, private device sync, and more platforms are on the roadmap.
I’d especially value feedback on two things:
1. Does the week and Timeline model feel natural?
2. Which missing integration would remove the most friction from your workflow?
Thanks for taking a look.
