Build a reusable Trust Passport: verify your education and work, then share it with consent across opportunities. HR teams and institutions get workflows for employment and education verification.

Hi Product Hunt, we're the team behind KairoID.
Professional trust gets rebuilt over and over. Every time you change jobs or apply somewhere new, you submit the same details again, employers re-check them, and institutions answer fragmented requests.
KairoID is our attempt to make that trust portable. You build a professional profile, verify your education and work through supported workflows, and keep it all in a Trust Passport that you share with consent. You decide what is shared, and you can see the status of each verification.
For employers and institutions there are dedicated workspaces: HR teams send Trust Invitations and manage employment verification, and institutions respond to education verification requests against their own records.
A few honest notes: verification coverage varies by workflow and source, and not every employer, institution or credential can be verified automatically. The Trust Passport is a reusable professional trust record, not a government credential.
We'd love your feedback. What would make you trust a shared professional record more? What's missing?
Seems like a great product team @KairoID. I just had one question about this - Can I take back access once I have shared something?
Thanks, Vijay! Great question 🙌
Absolutely! You're always in control of what you share through KairoID. You can revoke access to a shared Trust Passport at any time and the link will no longer provide access to your information.
That's actually one of the core ideas behind KairoID, your professional credentials should travel with you but control over sharing them should always remain yours.
Trust that Travels. On your terms! 🚀
Hey Product Hunt, I'm Aman, founder of KairoID. 👋
Every time you apply for a job, join a company or get onboarded somewhere, you prove yourself from scratch. You resend the same documents. Someone emails your old employer for a reference. A recruiter reads a CV and can't tell what has been checked and what is just a claim.
The result is slow hiring, repeated paperwork, and trust that gets thrown away after every single check.
That's why we built KairoID. Professional trust shouldn't start over every time. It should move with you.
KairoID is professional trust infrastructure. It turns verified professional information into a reusable, consent-driven trust record that people can carry across opportunities.
What we do:
• Trust Passport: your verified identity, employment and education in one place, with verified and self-declared information clearly separated
• You stay in control: you choose what to share, and with whom
• HR and institution workspaces: request, track and review verifications in one place instead of chasing documents and emails
Why you might need it:
• Job seekers: verify once, then share a trusted record instead of starting over
• HR teams: see what has actually been verified, and spend less time chasing proof
• Institutions: run verification requests from one workspace
We'd love to hear how verification works for you today, and where it still slows you down.
Aman
Huge congrats on the launch, Aman! Having known you for a long time, I know firsthand how much thought and obsession you pour into what you build. Love how simple the "verify once" idea is. It takes something that’s usually pure friction and makes it seamless. Rooting for KairoID big time!
@kaustubh_sachan Thank you so much, Kaustubh!
Coming from someone who's known me and seen the journey, this genuinely means a lot.
The idea has always been simple. Why should we have to prove our professional achievements all over again every time we move forward in our careers?
There's still a long way to go but seeing KairoID finally out in the world feels incredible. Really appreciate you being part of the journey and cheering us on! 🚀
