👋 Hey PH! I'm the Founder of KaiPod Learning and I am so excited to share more about what we're building. I've been in education for 15+ years, as a teacher, as a principal, and as a product guy. I used to be the Chief Product Officer for Pearson Online Schools and I *know* that despite all the noise around online learning, millions of kids thought it was the best school they ever had! But they *needed* a place to go for in-person support. When I didn't see anyone stepping up to do this, I quit my job to build it myself. KaiPod Learning works with middle- and high-school students who go to school online, providing them a physical place to work on their classes, to interact with other students, and to get support from teachers. In our summer pilot, we tripled the rate of academic progress *and* received an NPS of 100. Now, we are getting ready to launch our first locations this fall. After COVID, we expect to see at least 5 million students opt-in to online learning, most of whom will need in-person support. KaiPod will help teachers and entrepreneurs open their own centers licensing our platform and approach to support these students! Thank you for reading!
