Kaffia is Singapore’s premier digital marketplace dedicated to connecting food enthusiasts with local Home-Based Businesses (HBBs). By integrating everything into 1 app, Kaffia offers a seamless end-to-end experience from ordering to picking up! The platform also has an intuitive dashboard for HBBs owners for real-time order management and secure, integrated payment processing.
I built Kaffia because i realized that there were an increased in HBBs in the neighborhood. I wanted to create a single, seamless bridge from discovery to pickup. I noticed a massive gap in the market: there wasn't a single app that handled the entire journey, from discovery and ordering to secure payments and pickup, specifically for the HBB community. My approach evolved from just a 'directory' into a full-stack marketplace because I realized that for HBBs to truly compete with big brands, they needed professional tools like merchant analytics and automated payment handling.
